EMR COURSE

This course prepares students to provide immediate lifesaving care to critical patients who access the emergency medical services system. Upon successful completion of the course, students will have a basic foundation and understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and medical technology. Our comprehensive program combines interactive lectures and hands-on practical training.

This course is designed to meet both the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians national standards curriculum. Successful completion of this course will allow students the opportunity to take the cognitive and psychomotor skills examinations for both Connecticut and National Registry certification.
